About International Shipping

We Ship Internationally: TOKY is a special breed of shop that provides a new sense of value for plants. We would like to bring some of the special products we make in that spirit to our customers outside of Japan, as well.
Though we’re currently unable to ship plants, we are happy to able to have our customers worldwide purchase the items that follow.
Products will be shipped by EMS.

How to Order: When making an order you’d like shipped overseas, please do not use the site cart system but instead either click the order button below or contact us directly at contact@toky.jp. When ordering, please provide us with the following information.

Information to be Provided in E-mail Orders: - Name
- Zip/postal code
- Country
- Full address
- Phone number (mobile phone OK)
- E-mail address
- Purchase details (please provide both product name(s) and desired number of units as well)

The shipping fee will be determined by the item weight and shipping address.

After the order has been confirmed by our staff, we will send you a request for payment by PayPal for the total cost, including shipping charges and a 1000 JPY handling fee. We will ship after we confirm your payment.

In case your order contains products other than the ones on this page, as these products belong to a different warehouse, please be warned that a 2000 yen fee will be added to the total. Order by E-mail
